New Honda Accord

http://carwallpaper-populer.blogspot.com/

Honda announced the all-new Accord for Europe. Aimed squarely at challenging established premium contenders in the D-segment, Honda's all-new Accord saloon and Tourer offer sporty styling, greater refinement and a unique package of safety systems, together with excellent dynamic capabilities. Strong environmental credentials in the form of an all Euro 5 emissions compliant engine line-up further emphasize Honda's intent with the the all-new Accord.
Significantly wider and slightly lower, the styling adopts a more emotional, sporty motif. The ‘sharp-edged' design, with pronounced muscular wheelarches that emphasise the car's wider track, gives the Accord a distinctive, strong stance with a solid, planted feel. The distinctive nose and more flowing lines deliver a tauter and more athletic shape.
The evolution from the previous generation Accord is even more pronounced in the case of the Tourer, where a greater emphasis on load carrying practicality has evolved into a more dynamic expression of its advanced technology, while still retaining a strong degree of versatility and practicality.

Three advanced new engines with some of the lowest emissions in their segment
The new range is one of the first to offer a complete engine line-up that will comply with the forthcoming Euro 5 emissions regulations which aren't due to be introduced until September 2009. The exceptional environmental credentials haven't been achieved at the cost of driving enjoyment, however, and greater frugality is matched by greater performance and flexibility.

Making its debut is Honda's second-generation diesel engine which builds on the outstanding qualities of the award-winning i-CTDi unit to raise the bar in the diesel stakes once again. Its advanced technology and overall capabilities place it firmly at the forefront of diesel development and underpins the Accord's claim to offer one of the strongest combinations of dynamic performance and environmental responsibility in the marketplace.
Like its predecessor, the new i-DTEC engine is compact, lightweight, refined and quiet in operation. It employs the latest piezoelectric multi-stage fuel injection technology, more efficient exhaust gas recirculation and a particulate filter for significantly reduced emissions. At the same time both power and torque levels have been increased for a sportier driving experience. Output is 10 PS greater at 150 PS/110 kW at the same 4,000 rpm, while peak torque is now 350 Nm at 2,000 rpm.
The 2.0-litre i-VTEC offers similar levels of performance to its predecessor - 156 PS at 6,300 rpm - but builds on its class leading fuel economy. Key technological changes include increased diameter intake valves, further optimised valve lift and timing and increased inlet and exhaust air flow volumes.
The 2.4-litre engine is more powerful, delivering 200 PS at 7000 rpm and peak torque of 233 Nm at 4500 rpm - up from 190 PS and 223 Nm. Behind the figures are a compression ratio increased from 10.5 to 11.0:1, larger diameter valves, revised valve timing, and reduced exhaust system pressures.

BMW 5-series F10 by Kelleners Sport

• BMW specialist increases engine power from 306 to 367 hp
• Full aerodynamics package ensures sporty look
• "Hamburg" and "Berlin" alloy wheels in 19 inch and 20 inch versions
• Interior upgrade creates an exclusive ambience

Kelleners Sport is back. The BMW specialist is making an impressive comeback with the refined BMW 535i (F10 model), whose world premiere will be at the stand of tyre partner Vredestein in Hall 3 at the 2010 Essen Motor Show.
Kelleners Sport's motor racing roots can be seen in the car's athletic aerodynamics package, consisting of front apron extension with integrated LED daytime running lights, RS front spoiler lip, side mouldings, rear spoiler and rear apron extension with diffuser. The car's sporty aspirations are shown too by the stainless steel rear silencer with round dual tailpipes, which flank the diffuser at both the right and left sides.
The increased engine power of the new BMW 5-series from Kelleners underscores the car's look. The KS Power35 module boosts the car's engine power from 306 hp (225 kW) to 367 hp (270 kW) and raises its maximum torque from 400 to 480 Newton metres.
Thanks to its performance springs, the BMW is now 30 millimetres lower, allowing it to achieve considerably improved driving dynamics. The light weight of the "Hamburg" allow wheels developed by Kelleners Sport contributes to the car's improved performance too. 9x20 inch and 10x20 inch wheels on the front and rear axles respectively perform their duties with the help of the high-performance size 255/35 and 285/30 tyres they are encapsulated in. Alternatively, the wheels are available in their 15-spoke design in sizes 8.5x19 and 9.5x19 inches. Both the 19 and 20 inch versions come in Matt Black, Polished Graphite Silver and Polished Platinum Silver finishes.
In addition, Kelleners Sport has developed the innovative "Berlin" wheel design, where the five upper double spokes are a different colour from the five lower ones. The wheel surface is available in Matt Black, Polished Matt Black or Polished Graphite Silver for both the 19 inch and 20 inch versions.
In the car's interior, the individual refinements create an exclusive ambience. These include the black velours foot mats featuring the Kelleners Sport logo as well as the aluminium pedals complete with footrest.
These individual features can of course be ordered separately too.

With the refined BMW 535i, Kelleners Sport is clearly leading the way into the future. With its impressive refinements, the BMW specialist will in future imbue all models from the Munich-based car manufacturer with sporty elegance.

2010 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Other size: 1744x1200

The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be presented to the world at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show (March 2010). Sales of the new model will start in spring and be gradually extended to all the major markets. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta is expected to give new impetus to the brand in one of Europe's most important segments

In its Centenary year, the name is both a tribute to an automobile heritage and to Alfa Romeo itself. The Giulietta is a car that, in the 1950s, caught the imagination of generations of car enthusiasts, fulfilling their dreams of owning an Alfa Romeo, and making its high level of comfort and technical excellence accessible for the first time.
Now, the Alfa Romeo Style Centre has produced a new Giulietta, a sporting car capable of expressing both great agility on the most demanding routes, and providing comfort on everyday roads.
A new platform for enhancing road-holding and agility in total comfort and safety
The new Alfa Romeo is a compact car created to appeal to customers who are looking for class-leading dynamic performance, together with those who are looking for a distinctive style and a high level of comfort.
The Giulietta has an all-new platform, designed to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers in terms of road-holding, agility and safety. Its excellent dynamic performance and great comfort are the result of refined technical solutions implemented in the suspension, a next-generation steering system, a rigid yet light structure made of aluminium and high-strength steel, and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.
Alfa DNA, a system which customises the behaviour of the car according to different driving styles and road conditions, can adapt the new Alfa Romeo to the needs of each individual driver to enhance driving pleasure and comfort. The new Alfa Giulietta platform was designed to integrate and enhance all onboard systems. Three set-ups (Dynamic, Normal and All Weather) are available and can be selected using the Alfa DNA. This system – standard across the entire range of the new model – modifies the operating parameters of the engine, the steering system, and the Q2 electronic differential, in addition to fine-tuning the stability control system (VDC) behaviours.
Italian style sportiness and comfort
Combining sportiness and elegance, the Alfa Giulietta is the result of Alfa Romeo's new direction in style and technology – an approach that started with the 8C Competizione supercar and which recalls the brand's glorious past while projecting its traditional values of technology and passion into the future.
The front end features a brand-new interpretation of the classic Alfa grille, set into the front bumper and suspended between the two air intakes. The entire car develops from here to combine a lively personality with an elegant form. The front headlamps implement LED technology and a Daytime Running Lights (DRL) function for maximum active safety.
The profile of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta is rich in personality and confers the appearance of an agile, solid vehicle. This is above all the result of the coupé shaped side windows, which highlight its dynamic and streamlined shape, and of the concealed rear door handles. Side ribbing adds to the car's slender look, while the taut lines closing in on the rear end accentuate the wedge shape of the body.
The strong style of the rear end consolidates the impression of a muscular car, firmly gripped to the road. Like the headlamps, the rear light clusters implement LED technology, to the advantage of preventive safety, in addition to good looks.
The interior design is taut and light: featuring a horizontally developed dashboard with aluminium accents, and rocker controls which explicitly recall the 8C Competizione. Painstaking attention to detail and the high quality of the materials used are the most advanced expression of Italian style.
Finally, the dimensions of the new car give a compact, dynamic shape combined with excellent interior space and a capacious boot (350 litres): the car is 4.35 metres long, 1.46 metre high and 1.80 metres wide with a wheelbase of 2.63 metres.
Innovative engines for exciting, environmentally-friendly driving
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta achieves top level performance and offers next-generation technology in terms of technical solutions, performance and environmental friendliness. Four Turbo engines will be available at launch, all Euro 5 compliant and fitted with a standard Start&Stop system for reducing consumption and emissions: two petrol engines (1.4TB - 120 HP and 1.4TB MultiAir - 170 HP) and two diesel engines (1.6 JTDM - 105 HP and 2.0 JTDM - 170 HP, both belonging to the second generation of JTDM engines). Finally, the range is completed with the lively 1750 TBi version producing 235 HP with an exclusive Quadrifoglio Verde configuration.
