Project Kancil: DIY Fog Lamp Installation
Previously my L2s fog lamp was wired to the low beam wiring where it will ON as long as I switch on the head lamp. This is not what I wish to because I still prefer to control the fog lamp ON/OFF by the switch. This is because I wish to install a set of HID to the fog lamp and I do not want the brightness of the HID glare the eye's of the other road users during normal road drive.
It took me about 2 hours to complete the entire installation. The most tedious part is to find out a place to insert the wires from engine bay into the cabin. The tip is try to find a hole at the right side of the firewall. After this, everything is pretty simple as just some normal wiring need to be done. Continue to read the entire post so that you can have a better understanding on   how to DIY by yourself and hope this will help those who wish to install fog lamp for their cars.
Project Satria: Car Detailing 2002 Proton Satria GSR Turbo
Another car detailing post and finally this time is for my lovely Proton Satria. I seldom drive my Satria and I parked it at my home town car porch for almost half a year. So the car is not really dirty  as compare to my  Celica but there was rust all over the sport rims and the disc rotors. Besides that, I am not sure why the car's roof is full of swirl compare to the other areas like the bonnet and the doors. The reason that I am able to think off is the color different but is it true that black color easily get swirl on the paint surface? Let me know if you know the answer...
Since the car was not very dirty, so I just ran through a simple wash only.. The parts that I were concentrated on during that were the wheels and to remove the swirl of the entire car. Anyway, the car wasn't too bad to start with as the paint of the car is still in good condition. Thus by waxing the car will bring the paint back to it's glory.
Breaking News: Who lost his/her Proton Satria JDW8986?
Nothing much I will write in this post, the purpose of creating this post is to help the owner of this pity Proton Satria JDW 8986. Nowaday a lot of car stolen cases around due to our hard working thieves. They move around to spot for their target and unfortunately this pity Proton Satria is one of their target. From the pictures, we can clearly see that almost everything is stripped off except for the engine block and gear box. This is because the engine block got engine number on it and this make it difficult to sell off unlike those seats and other accessories parts.
Based on the information, this pity Proton Satria is spotted at the highway of SKVE heading towards to Kajang (before Hospital Serdang and  uniten/ilsas). For anyone who lost their Proton Satria, I hope that you can have a look at the car whether this is you lovely car or not. Please share this out guys!
DIY: Daihatsu Mira L700/L900 and Kelisa/Kenari Side Mirror Wiring
Another post for side mirror wiring but this time is how to install the Mira L700/Move L900 side-mirror. Perodua Kelisa and Kenari already came with a electric adjustable side mirror but there might be some out there who wish to change their side mirror to those JDM flip-able side mirror. This is good when you park at a narrow car park where you can close the side mirror to avoid it being hit by objects. This side mirror will cost you about RM350-450 depends on condition and whether it comes with the switch.
Actually the process of the installation is pretty straight forward where there is no fancy wiring needed. Continue to read the entire post so that you can have a better understanding on  how to DIY by yourself and this may save you up some bucks for the installation fee.
Project Satria: Installation of Intercooler Silicone Hose
My Satria's intercooler hoses started to give away due the poor condition. Thus it is time for me to change the hoses and I bought those silicone hoses on last year May. Yes, it was long time ago and finally this year Chinese New Year I got time to install them to my Satria.
The installation was pretty easy as almost everything is plug and play except the 90 degree bent at the right from front view. I forced to made another stainless steel pipe for this. After everything was ready, so the installation started by removing the front bumper and the intercooler. After that replaced the hoses with all the silicone hoses then followed by the intercooler and bumper. Start the engine and check whether there is any boost leak due to the installation been done. OK guys, let's check out the pictures I captured during the process of installation.
Project Celica: Car Detailing 2002 Toyota Celica 6 speeds Super Strut Edition
What normally a guy will do during Chinese New Year? Sleep? Eat? Firstly, I will clean up my room although I just staying in the room like about 5% of the entire year. Secondly, is to detail my cars. So for year 2011, I took 2 days off before Chinese New Year and I finally got some time to detail both my Satria and Celica. Anyway, previously I had posted a post about detailing my mother's kancil here.
Let's start with the Celica, it took me about a day to detail the exterior and the engine. By the way, this isn't a full paintwork correction detail, but more to improving the overall condition of the car in a limited time. ( I still got my Satria and a 19 years old saga parking outside the car porch waiting for me to detail them). The car wasn't too bad to start with as the paint of the car is still in good condition. However due to my busy workload, I have no time to wash it for about 3 months. Dust and mud are all over the car.

I love this car, I have also a Citroen berlingobut a few years ago. I had no idea it was going to another I think I'll save to buy soonDaihatsu
